Query 1 A director is common in 2 Pvt ltd companies having GST reg Now he is authorised signatory in both the companies for GST In another Company when i m updating his DSC error is coming as "Certificate already Reg with another authorised signatory" any HELP Solution-1 There is no need to register DSC Sign of Such Director again for different companies or any other Firm. Sign once registered will be valid for all the companies. Problem in DSC Registration
